Food Storage

 

Saran plastic wrap, Tupperware and Zip-locks, oh my!  Plastic food containers are flimsy and introduce chemicals into our environment when heated and when they inevitably end up in landfill.

Our moms may have loved Tupperware, but it is time for us to update our pantries and fridges with more sustainable food storage alternatives.

Luckily there is a wide array of Earth-friendly options available.

Mason jars are great for bulk foods, chopped foods, and even leftovers.
